Established in 2015, this Scholarship has been generously donated by the Rip Curl Group in memory and legacy of renowned businessman James Strong.
The Scholarship provides financial support to enable students focus on their studies in an undergraduate degree at the Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney. A $7500 scholarship is on offer to support students with outstanding ability to study an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Science.
Eligibility requirements
You must:
- be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen
- be commencing an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Science, or a double or combined undergraduate degree within the Faculty of Science
- have achieved an ATAR (or equivalent) of at least 90.00 in the NSW HSC (or equivalent) in the year of application.
