Established in 1905 by a gift from Mrs Jane Coutts in memory of her son, Mr John Coutts (a graduate of the University of Sydney), this scholarship provides financial support to students of outstanding academic merit undertaking honours study in the Faculty of Science.
You must:
- have an unconditional offer of full-time admission for appended honours
- study within the Bachelor of Science (Honours), or embedded honours
- study within the Bachelor of Advanced Studies
- have the highest grades in your final year of the Bachelor of Science.
You are not eligible if you are in a combined or double degree.
No application is required. All eligible candidates will be considered automatically. The successful candidates will be advised via email by the end of February.
