The Samuel and Eileen Gluyas Fellowship was established in 1980 by a bequest to the University under the will of Samuel Laurie Gluyas of the sum of $150,000, which constitutes the Gluyas Bequest Fund. The recipient of the award shall be known as the “Samuel and Eileen Gluyas Fellow”.

- I am or will be a Master of Philosophy or Doctorate student, conducting research in relation to diseases of cattle, breeding of cattle, or general cattle husbandry.
- I am or will be enrolled at JCU.
